Join us for a film screening of the 2016 film ‘Hidden Figures’ as we remember the past and current struggles of women, especially women of colour.
Hidden Figures is based on the true story of 3 female African-American mathematicians who, despite playing a pivotal role in the launch of an astronaut into orbit, face undermining gender and racial discrimination at work.
Entrance is free, and you are welcome to bring your own snacks, or purchase drinks from the bar. Afterwards, you are invited to join us for drinks and nibbles!
